Mentoring and Volunteering

SVA embodies in concrete terms the belief that young women, many of whom come from families of limited income, can achieve in an environment that respects, motivates, and challenges them. Their achievement is not only personal. It has important social implications as these young women from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds assume leadership roles in their families, their communities, their churches and their workplaces.
